KSM.store delivers orders across Kisumu City and 24 surrounding zones using our network of boda boda delivery riders.
Once an order is confirmed, it's prepared by the vendor, picked up by an assigned rider, and delivered directly to the address you provide at checkout. You can track your rider live once your order is dispatched.
Most orders within Kisumu City are delivered same day, subject to vendor stock availability and order confirmation time. Delivery hours are 7AM to 9PM daily, including weekends.
Orders to outer zones (Ahero, Maseno, Koru, Muhoroni) may take slightly longer depending on distance and rider availability.

Once your order is confirmed and assigned to a rider, you can track its status directly from your Orders page, including live GPS tracking once dispatched.
If your cart includes items from different vendors, each vendor prepares and ships their own items independently, so you may receive items at slightly different times within the same delivery window.
